Product: Loop (layered process audits) by Auxesis LLC

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Loop collects, how we use it, and your choices. It is written for plant admins and auditors at manufacturing plants. We keep it short on purpose.

1. Who we are

Loop is a layered process audits (LPA) web application (and forthcoming native apps) operated by Auxesis LLC (“we,” “us,” “Loop”).

Controller: Auxesis LLC
Business address: Twin Lake, Michigan
Contact: support@looplpa.com

Loop is a B2B product. Your plant (the customer) decides who is invited, what goes into audits, and how the product is used. We process personal data to provide the service to that customer.

2. What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run Loop for your plant:

Category Examples
Account Name, work email
Organization Plant/company membership, roles
Audit content Checklist answers, findings, photos (stored in Cloudflare R2)
Planning Schedules and coverage plans
Billing Subscription and plan status via Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe; Loop does not store card numbers.
Service email Transactional email (invites, notices) via Resend

We do not sell personal data. We do not run ads. Optional infrastructure analytics (for example from Vercel or Cloudflare) may exist at the hosting level to keep the service reliable.

3. How we use it

We use this information to:

  • Create and manage accounts and plant memberships
  • Run audits, store findings and photos, and show schedules/coverage
  • Send service email (invites, billing notices, retention warnings)
  • Bill and manage subscriptions through Stripe
  • Secure the product (tenant isolation, authentication)
  • Improve reliability and support of the service

We process data because your plant asked us to provide Loop, and because we need it to operate, secure, and bill the service.

4. Who we share it with (processors)

We share data only with service providers that help us run Loop. They process data on our instructions, not for their own marketing.

Provider Role
Vercel Application hosting
Neon Postgres database (US East)
Cloudflare R2 Photo/file storage
Stripe Billing and payments (card data stays with Stripe)
Resend Transactional email
Better Auth Authentication

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the service or our users.

Customer control: Plant admins invite users and decide what audit content is entered. Loop processes that content for the customer.

5. Retention

  • Active accounts: We keep data while your plant uses Loop.
  • After a paid plan is cancelled (or a trial ends without a plan): We keep the plant’s data for one year, then delete it. We email plant admins about 30 days before deletion.
  • Trial: Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial; no credit card is required. Annual plans are not refundable; the trial is the evaluation period.

If you need an export or earlier deletion, contact your plant admin or email us (see Contact).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you work, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information about you.

  • Start with your plant admin. They control who is on the plant and what audit content is stored.
  • Or email us: support@looplpa.com. We will work with the customer plant to respond.

We use row-level security (RLS) / tenant isolation so one plant’s data is not visible to another, and Better Auth for sign-in.

Data is encrypted in transit: Loop is served only over HTTPS.

7. Deleting your account

Any user can ask us to delete their own Loop account and the personal data tied to it. You can do this:

We delete the account and its personal data within 30 days of the request. Audit records your plant needs may be kept with your name removed. Plant-level data follows the one-year post-cancellation retention rule in section 5.

8. Children

Loop is a workplace tool for manufacturing plants. It is not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on looplpa.com and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way (for example, email to plant admins or an in-app notice).
