Delete your Loop account
Loop is a layered process audit app by Auxesis LLC. Any Loop user can ask us to delete their own account and the personal data tied to it.
How to ask
- Email support@looplpa.com with the subject Delete my Loop account.
- Send it from the email address you use to sign in to Loop, and include your plant or company name.
- When the option is available, you can also request deletion from account settings in the app.
What happens next
- We delete your account and personal data (name, email, sign-in data) within 30 days of your request.
- Audit records your plant needs may be kept with your name removed.
- Plant-level data is kept for one year after the plant's plan is cancelled, then deleted.
